·         Taught by ESOL teachers trained by AFT (American Federation of Teachers)

·         Sign up in PLN #19831

·         FREE to members of PCTA or PESPA

·         Non-member cost is $200 payable by the second class

An approved electronic membership application to PCTA or PESPA and a commitment to remain a member for at least a year.
