>In the near future your job could have a reality “out of this world” because of the lack of action and reaction to a working conditions and salary contract?   

>The Legislature and school officials increase class size, decrease benefits, and insist on more work for less pay.   Everything is based on funds disappearing. Cutting funds is the main goal. >What would your teaching position look like?   >What if this happens?
