2.  Election of chair and vice chair, results Chair = Barbara Metz, Vice Chair = Kris Sulte

3.  Reviewed the BLT priorities -

  • Salary,
  • Health Insurance (provide affordable family friendly health insurance),
  • Problems with administrative salary encroachment,
  • Morale/ employee satisfaction and recognition
  • Bus rider supplements,
  • We added as a possibility
    • Absentee reduction committee
    • Wellness program

4.  Meeting times - historically this committee has met on the third Wednesday of the month
