We completed negotiations on recruitment, retention and performance pay for Azalea Middle, Pinellas Park Middle, Fairmount Park Elem, Maximo Elem, and Melrose Elem Schools. This agreement applies only for the Turnaround schools above.

The stipulation includes a recruitment bonus for teachers for 2013-14 is $3,000, starting in 2014-15 retention bonuses start at $3,000 and the performance bonuses range from $1000 - $2000 beginning in 2013-14
