Don’t you just love this time of year? The excitement and enthusiasm of our students and teachers as they return to school is absolutely contagious. I, too, share that excitement and enthusiasm as your newly elected President of PCTA. When I took office in June, I traveled to Tallahassee and then to Indianapolis where I met newly elected Presidents from all over our state and country. As I listened to the challenges many of my new colleagues faced in their locals, I was often reminded how fortunate we are in Pinellas and how fortunate I am as your new president to have the support of a very strong local.
