ESOL Certification WorkshopThe ESOL Certification Workshop prepares teachers who wish to take the ESOL certification exam in addition to 120 hours for certification in ESOL. Topics that are reviewed are: knowledge of language principles, language acquisition theories, curriculum, instructional delivery models, instructional technology, literacy development, assessments, ELL exceptionality issues, and federal and state policies and mandates. This workshop does not provide component points. It helps prepare our members to pass the ESOL certification exam. It is open to members of PCTA and PEPSA only.
